Perfect for parties, potluck, family gatherings, picnics or anytime you are looking for quick appetizers.

Serve it as a dip with dippers of your choice (toasted bread, pita chips, crackers, …) or as a spread over homemade crostini.

Making dip probably takes less than 5 minutes as you mainly dump the ingredients into a food processor. Processing only takes seconds and you can totally decide if you would like it with chunks or smooth.

Plus, it is kind of versatile recipe and you can tweak it to your liking. When making it for the first time, I recommend following the instructions though.

I used cream cheese, artichoke hearts, parmesan, chives and salt and pepper. Make sure to use fresh chives in this recipe. It does make a difference.

    Storage instructions:

This cold artichoke dip keeps well in the fridge and if stored properly in an airtight container it will last up to 4 days. I recommend consuming it within 2 for the best food experience, especially when you decide to make this artichoke parmesan dip for a party or family gathering.

Note: Always do a taste and smell test, if you store it in the fridge for a longer period. It should not smell nor taste acidic.
