    Pretzel Pizza Bites

If you are looking for quick appetizers ready in minutes, you should try these pretzel pizza bites. They are perfect for any party or get together from birthday party, to Christmas party to Thanksgiving dinner.

Keep your guests snacking on these mini pizza bites until the dinner is served. Or maybe you need some quick game night snack ideas? These pretzel snacks are definitely one of them!

    Ingredients for Pretzel Pizza Bites

How to make pretzel pizza bites

First, turn on the oven. Then, prepare your baking sheet/tray by lining it with baking parchment. Now, you don’t have to use the baking parchment, but I always do. It makes cleaning easier.

Then, spread the twist pretzels onto the baking tray and top each with a pepperoni slice and a slice of cheese.

Bake it for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

How to make Pretzel Pizza Bites Step 4

    Useful tips

    • Cut or tear the cheddar into roughly the same size (or smaller) than the pepperoni.
    • Don’t bake these pretzel bites for way too long. You want the cheese to melt only, not brown.
    • Make sure to top the pretzels with pepperoni slices first. If you top them with cheese, it will melt away through the pretzel holes.
    • You can serve these pizza pretzels on their own or with your favorite dip.
    • If you don’t like mozzarella, feel free to use what you like: cheddar, gouda …
    • I used a 15x10 inch (38x25 centimeters) baking sheet where I fit about 24 pizza pretzel bites. You can use a larger tray and bake more in one go.
    • These little are delicious when still warm and the melted cheese is soft, but they taste good cold as well. In our house, they are usually gone pretty fast, before they go cold though.
    • Prep them ahead and pop them in the oven when your guests arrive! You can also broil them but be careful not to leave them there for too long. They should be ready in no time!

    Ingredients

    • 24 twist pretzels
    • 24 pepperoni slices
    • 4 mozzarella cheese (sliced, see note 1)
Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit (200° Celsius).
    • Meanwhile, line your baking sheet/tray with baking parchment. Spread the pretzels on the baking sheet and top each with a slice of pepperoni.
    • Cut or tear the cheese slices into small pieces (roughly the same size or smaller than the pepperoni slices) and top the pepperoni bites with them.
    • Bake them for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

    Notes

    1. You might need more or less slices, depending on their size.
    2. I used a 15x10 inch (38x25 centimeters) baking sheet where I fit about 24 pizza pretzel bites. You can double the recipe and use a larger tray and bake all of them in one go.
    3. Prep them ahead and pop them in the oven when your guests arrive! You can also broil them but be careful not to leave them there for too long. They should be ready in no time!
