    • Powdered sugar – you could also try with honey

    Tools:

    • Electric whisk or food processor – to quickly mix everything. This is recommended but can be done without!
    • Fork – If mixing by hand.
    • Bowl – When using the whisk or when mixing by hand.
    • Knife – to cut the lemon in half.
    • Measuring cups and spoons.

Once you gathered all the ingredients, the preparation is simple. Mix everything in a bowl large enough to hold the dip and serve.

    Instructions

    • Transfer all the ingredients into a bowl (when mixing with an electric whisk or by hand) or food processor.
    • Whisk/mix/process until smooth.

    Notes

    1. Instead of Greek yogurt, you can use plain natural yogurt or sour cream.
    2. Powdered sugar or confectioner’s sugar (US) is the same as icing sugar (UK).
    3. About 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. If you find that the dip is too sour to your liking, add more sugar. If too sweet, add more lemon juice.
    4. This yogurt fruit dip thickens in the fridge and the lemon juice may separate from the thick part. Simply stir before serving.

    6. Store in the fridge covered before serving.
    7. This fruit dip will keep in the fridge for 3–4 days when stored properly.
